Privacy policy

iRMarketingStudio controls the data processed by BuildSpend. With your acceptance, we store form answers, the structured diagnostic, result, engine version, consent records and technical delivery records. We do not store the raw pasted text. Your email is collected when you request result delivery or agree to receive the newsletter, before or after the calculation; marketing consent is optional, separate and can be withdrawn. Data is used to deliver estimates, maintain security, produce aggregate analysis and calibrate the service. Supabase and Resend may act as technology processors. Dashboard access is limited to authenticated administrators and protected with row-level security. Identifiable records are retained for up to 24 months unless a legal duty or valid deletion request applies; they must then be deleted or anonymized. You may request access, correction, portability, information, consent withdrawal or deletion through iRMarketingStudio's official channels. This policy is versioned 9 August 2026.
