By using BuildSpend, you confirm that you can accept these terms and authorize the processing required to generate, record and improve estimates from structured diagnostic data. The tool provides independent, unofficial heuristic projections with no guarantee of cost, timing, savings or outcome. You remain responsible for reviewing scope, protecting confidential information and deciding how to use the estimate. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, credentials or content you are not authorized to share. The newsletter is optional and uses separate consent, including when offered after the result. The service may use Supabase for database and authentication and Resend for email delivery. These terms are versioned 9 August 2026.
